PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a prescribed ground resistance value required for equipment protection at a short drilling distance. SOLUTION: A conductor is buried by boring aslant from a ground to an undergroud and then in a horizontal direction, and the conductor is used as a ground electrode as well as using for terrestrial heat utilization as a terrestrial heat collection pipe 3A. The prescribed ground resistance value required for equipment protection can be obtained at a shorter distance than by burying an electrode by vertically boring. Namely, a boring depth can be shallow since the conductor can be buried along a stratum with lower electric resistance such as a water-containing stratum, and construction cost of the ground electrode can be reduced.
