PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure of high heat insulating performance and low costs, and to provide a beverage dispenser including the same. SOLUTION: The first heat insulating structure 10 is formed by using rectangular bendable sheet-like vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4. The first heat insulating structure 10 includes a rectangular bottom wall 10a, a storage space 41 configured by combining four vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4 having sidewalls 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b respectively vertically disposed from one side of an edge section of the bottom wall 10a, and an insertion hole 45 for inserting a drain pipe 31 extending from an inner side to an outer side of the storage space 41. An edge section 45a of the insertion hole 45 is configured to surround the entire circumference of the drain pipe 31 by combining the vacuum heat insulating materials 1-4.
