PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify control of costs for a mobile radio network subscriber. SOLUTION: A cost signal concerning the transmission cost for response associated with data within a multimedia message is alloted to such data to transmit the cost signal to a receiving side. The cost signal contains information on cost burden for at least one response from a data source transmitting side. A period during which response to the transmission data is served by the receiving side at no cost in the original manner is set up using the cost signal.
