PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin sheet member washing apparatus efficiently washing the thin sheet member without breaking it. SOLUTION: Tap water injected from water flow holes 520a of a water flow plate 520 abuts on outer rotary blades 543 and inner rotary blades 544 set to a rotation support member 540A to rotate the rotation support member 540A. Tap water injected to mesh members 160 held to mesh member holding parts 545A flows on front and rear faces of the mesh members 160 by the centrifugal force by the rotation of the mesh members 160 to remove chemical dregs attached to the mesh members 160. The chemical dregs removed from the mesh members 160 are directly discharged from a fluid discharging opening 550a to the outside of the thin sheet member washing apparatus 500A by the tap water.
