PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of dimension accuracy at a pivot receiving part, though a completed width dimension is small. SOLUTION: An intermediate product 10 is manufactured by bending both right/left sides of a plate member formed with the pivot receiving part 7 at a center part in the lateral direction, so that a dimension W1 between outer faces of right/left sidewalls 5, 6 can be larger than the completed width dimension W2. Thereafter, the intermediate product 10 is compressed from outside of both right/left sides to make the dimension between outer faces of the right/left sidewalls 5, 6 the same as the completed width dimension W2.
