The retention device (1) has a support plate (3) which is arranged with a transponder (2). Several suction cups are arranged at the back of support plate for determining the car pane (7). The support plate is connected with a flexible hanging up tab (8) blockable with the car pane. The hanging up tab made of plastic film is connected with upper side of support plate in a holding position of the support plate.
