CAEV-BASED TRANSFER VECTOR

PURPOSE: A CAEV-based transition vector is provided to mediate gene transition to non-division cells and to ensure safety and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant CAEV-based transition vector comprises: a splicing donor and splicing acceptor base sequences for splicing; a base sequence which moves unspliced RNA from a nucleus to cytoplasm; a heterogenous internal promoter; and an interest polynucleotide which is operatively linked to the promoter. The vector has RRE(rev responsive element), RTE(RNA Transport Element), or CTE(consecutive transport element).
