PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring vapor collection rate is provided to simplify measuring and to improve reliability. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for measuring vapor collection rate by receiving measuring value comprises: a communication unit(220) which connects a digital gas meter and communication and inject oil through a refueling gun; a calculation unit(230) for calculating vapor collection rate(A/L) based on inhaled air G0 and G1; a display unit(240) which shows an input interface through a screen; and a contoller(210) for storing information including the collection rate into a memory.
