PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for protecting skin and scalp of low irritation is provided to physically remove horny substance and to reduce side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for protecting skin and scalp contains 0.01 weight% of onion extract, 0.01 weight% of aloe vera extract, 0.01 weight% of green tea extract, 0.01 weight% of olive extract, 0.01 weight% of jojoba oil, and 5 weight% of deep seawater. The cosmetic composition additionally contains moisture, moisturizing agent, tackifier, oil, preservative, alcohol, perfume, and emulsifying agent. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of peel-off or wash-off, sheet type pack, cleansing cream, or massage cream.
