SCAFFOLD FOR TISSUE REGENERATIONS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold for tissue regeneration, capable of effectively facilitating cell differentiation to a target tissue or organ by introducing genes into cells on the scaffold site-specifically and efficiently.

SOLUTION: The uniqueness to locations and efficiency in introducing genes into cells bonded to the surface of the scaffold can be controlled by using the scaffold for tissue regeneration including a calcium phosphate layer containing genes and a surfactant substance on the surface of a base material including a calcium phosphate capturing layer.
