PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting apparatus, along with a mixer device, program and adjusting method, capable of achieving various music representations through a simple operation. SOLUTION: The mixer 20 adjusts a mixing ratio of a plurality of audio signals. The mixer includes: a cross-fader CF for adjusting the mixing ratio of audio signals in each of frequency bands by means of a manipulator for adjusting the mixing ratio for each frequency bands obtained by dividing a band of an audio signal into a plurality of bands; and a cross-fader assign switch 24 for assigning a plurality of audio signals to the cross-fader CF.
