PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit which reduces energy loss and influence of switching noise. SOLUTION: A node Na formed by one of electrodes of a fly capacitor Cf is connected to an input voltage source Vin via a switch SW1, and connected to one of electrodes of an output capacitor Co via a switch SW4. A node Nb formed by the other electrode of the Cf is grounded via a switch SW2, and connected to the Vin via a switch SW3. The other electrode of the output capacitor Co is grounded. A snubber capacitor Cr is connected to the node Na at its one electrode. A control part 10 on/off-controls the switches, and controls a voltage of a node Nc formed by the other electrode of the snubber capacitor Cr. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
