PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper discharge device and an image forming device equipped with the same improving a paper alignment condition in the paper discharging direction of paper loaded on a paper loading table. SOLUTION: The paper discharge device includes a paper loading means 8b including a paper loading part and paper rear end abutting parts 8c, 80c, a pair of paper clamping members 91 moving the discharged paper from a paper clamping position to a paper loading position of the paper loading part, paper clamping member moving means 94, 94a, 95 connected to at least either one paper clamping member of the pair of paper clamping members, moving the pair of paper clamping members from the paper clamping position to the paper loading position, and, when the pair of paper clamping members reach the paper loading position, moving at least either one paper clamping member toward the direction opposite to the paper discharging direction and making the rear end of the paper abut on the paper rear end abutting parts, and a paper aligning means aligning the end position of the paper in the direction orthogonal to the paper discharging direction with respect to the paper moved to the paper loading position.
