The shape of the inner wall surface of the outer tube (21) in a natural state is different from the shape of the flexible wire (25) in a natural state. The outer tube (21) is formed in such a way that when the flexible wire (25) is inserted thereinto, the outer tube (21) undergoes elastic deformation, and pressing sections (P1, P2, P3) are generated which press the flexible wire (25).</p> |
