Optionally, the molecule appearing as a pathogen only after a certain time of a covering layer (e.g. other molecules) which to itself (e.g. after a certain time or by a certain reaction) dissolves, frees, so that these molecules become visible to the immune system. Elements comprise on at least one side, one or more molecules with which they can dock to cancer cells and on at least one side, one or more molecules as element to be eliminated (e.g. pathogen) with which they are identified by the immune system. Optionally, the molecule appearing as a pathogen only after a certain time of a covering layer (e.g. other molecules) which to itself (e.g. after a certain time or by a certain reaction) dissolves, frees, so that these molecules become visible to the immune system. The elements are synthetically produced active substances that simply formulate: with a side to the immune system enables as normal pathogenically appearing, with the others in order to dock in cancer cells. The elements can also be suitable to eliminate from the immune system, as recognizable cells/bacteria/viruses which are modified so, that they can dock to cancer cells, so that processes/elements of the immune system (e.g. cluster of differentiation 8T (CD 8T) cells) these cancer cells are completely or partially (e.g. in several applications) eliminated. The substances which are brought by the most different suitable procedures in the body and/or in the closeness of the cancer cells (method for the incorporation: e.g. by catheter (e.g. liver metastases), endoscopic (e.g. large intestine cancer), inhaling (e.g. lung cancer) and oral), are squirted, spotted, by spray and others in suitable tissue. The incorporated modified viruses (e.g. flu viruses) are removed by the immune system. The procedures for the incorporation correspond to a software part (program component), hydraulics and brake, with anti-skid systems of cars. The target cells in the body, e.g. not only, cancer cells, such elements (e.g. modified viruses, modified bacteria, modified general cells, completely or largely full-synthetic materials) are docked and are freed on/to the sides, optionally time-shifted, to pretend one or several known disease/diseases (by suitable molecules) to the immune system. The cancer cells are partially, mainly or completely eliminated by the immune system. The procedures, with which chemical agents (chemotherapy), rays, (endoscopic) freezing of tumors without application of the immune system are used, are not developed. Radiant elements (substances) which dock to the cancer cells are developed, however (aimed of bringing in radiant substances by docking). The procedure with which by this method (incorporating e.g. by catheter, docking, releasing of a chemical substance directly in the tumor) the cancer cells eliminating killing effect takes place by the chemical substance and not by the immune system (e.g. CD 8T cells). The combination process, partly by the immune system and partly by a chemical substance, is detected. The procedure, with which time-displaced is short (e.g. only some minutes or not existent), because elements in direct closeness of the tumor are released and such a part of the elements the tumor reaches without from the immune system, is destroyed (e.g. endoscopic with large intestine cancer, by inhaling with lung cancer). The procedures with which the time-displaced is long (several minutes, several hours, optionally also days) to that side of the elements which a known disease is emulated to the immune system and freed, are also developed. The active substances (synthetic molecules, modified viruses/bacteria) serve to decrease cancer cells for removing. Other molecules with combination qualities (e.g. in order to overcome the blood brain barrier) are not developed. The covering layer (didactically compresses: this or those molecules, the pathogenic part that is time-shifted to the immune system), is not developed. The application for other diseases (no cancer cells) in the conventional sense (e.g. bacteria to be removed) by other dock molecules is used. The removal of residues, destructed cells/cell vacuoles (e.g. not only after apoptosis) or other unwanted tissues, is also developed, also: molecules dock in appropriate residues/tissues, are eliminated/decreased in CD 8T cells. Didactically compactly: cosmetic applications, e.g. removing fatty tissue provided that this no disease is developed. Also adornment measures after this method without a disease is present, are developed. The decrease of extreme obesity for the purposes of one disease is not developed. The premature destroying of modified viruses by the immune system before this the cancer cells reach, is found. A new medicament appears from the combination of suitable elements with aimed bringing in and/or time-shifted releasing (purely time-shifted or released by a chemical reaction in the tumor).
