The system has a fancy cake plate arranged on a base, where the plate and the base are provided for processing and transporting fancy cakes and are mounted and demounted by a ball-spring locking by using a mounting device. The plate, mounting device and the base are made from stainless steel, where the mounting device is designed in a foldable manner. The plate is provided with holes, and long passage pins are attached to outer ends of arms, where passages of the pins are adapted to the holes.
