A HIGH ILLUMINATING POWER LED STRUCTURE HAVING IMPROVED RADIATION PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A high illuminating power LED structure is provided to improve the radiant heat characteristics by emitting the heat formed from an LED chip through a heat sink used as the positive electrode of the LED chip. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(100) is composed of a body(110) of metal material with electric conductivity and thermal conductivity. An LED chip(600) is mounted on the top of the heat sink. A conductive metal layer(300) is formed on the top of the insulating layer. A plurality of plus terminals(150) and minus terminals(310) are formed on the upper part of the conductive metal layer.
