摘要 <p>Disclosed are a method and device for molding semi-solidified metal, and a cooling circuit structure for a cooling jig, wherein a casting device (10) comprises: the cooling jig (18) for cooling molten metal (14) flowed by making cooling water flow in the inside of the jig to generate a solid phase, thereby forming the semi-solidified metal; a plunger sleeve (16) into which the semi-solidified metal which has passed through the cooling jig (18) is teemed; a plunger (44) for ejecting the semi-solidified metal teemed into the plunger sleeve (16); a fixed mold (46) and a movable mold (48) which form a cavity (60) filled with the semi-solidified metal pressed by the plunger (44); temperature sensors (40, 42a to 42e) capable of measuring at least the temperature of the cooling jig (18) or the temperature of the cooling water; and a monitoring system (22) for determining whether or not semi-solidified metal capable of being obtained is good on the basis of the initial temperature before the supply of the molten metal (14) and the peak temperature after the supply of the molten metal (14).</p>
