Disclosed is an amplifier (100) with a high-frequency noise removal function provided with an input terminal (101) into which an input signal is input; a ground terminal (102) maintained at a reference potential; a resistor (111) connected to the input terminal; an amplifier circuit (201) for amplifying the input signal that has been input through the resistor and outputting thereof; and an output terminal (103) for outputting an output signal that has been output from the amplifier circuit; wherein the amplifier circuit is provided with a parasitic capacitance (112) configured so as to be connected between one of the terminals of the resistor on the opposite side of the input terminal and the ground terminal. By way of the resistor and the parasitic capacitance, a lowpass filter (113) is configured.
