PURPOSE: A cesium system module is provided to determine the quantity of cesium injected into a reservoir using valves and to control the quantity of evaporated cesium. CONSTITUTION: A cesium system module comprises a hole(1), a bar(2), a holder(3), a quartz pipe(4), a valve(5), a reservoir valve(5-1), a cesium reservoir(6), and a cesium control valve(5-2). Cesium is put into the hole. The bar breaks a cesium ampoule. The holder holds the cesium ampoule and can be changed depending on the size of the cesium ampoule. The cesium flows out through the quartz pipe. When the valve is opened, the cesium is moved to the cesium reservoir through the reservoir valve. When the valve is closed, the quantity of the cesium is controlled by controlling the cesium control valve, and the cesium is evaporated.
