<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a good yield with a small number of masks by simultaneously forming a thin film transistor and a terminal connection part in an active-matrix substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device including a pixel part and an external input terminal, the pixel part includes a TFT including a gate electrode, a semiconductor film, an insulating film formed on the gate electrode, and an electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor film on the insulating film, and the external input terminal includes a first wiring formed on a layer the same as the gate electrode, a second wiring formed on a layer the same as the electrode and connected to the first wiring via a contact hole formed in the insulating film, a transparent conductive film connected to the second wiring and formed on the second wiring, and a flexible printed wiring board electrically connected to the transparent conductive film at a position in which the second wiring is connected to the transparent conductive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
