PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo amplifier that can monitor communication data without the need of extra investment in a system that is connected with a network. SOLUTION: In the servo amplifier, a storage area that stores received data received from an upper level host controller and response data that responds to the upper level host controller is provided, a means for storing the data and setting a recording termination condition is provided and a means for reading the stored data are provided, thereby enabling to monitor the communication data.
