PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting frequencies of a gm-C filter. SOLUTION: The method of correcting frequencies includes a step in which a frequency correction circuit generates a correction code by which a cutoff frequency of the gm-C filter can be adjusted with a frequency of an oscillation signal output from a gm-C oscillator and indicative of a change in process and a reference code, a step in which the frequency correction circuit determines whether the generated correction code belongs to within the range of the reference code, and a step in which the frequency correction circuit outputs the generated correction code to the gm-C filter or generates a variable electric current to adjust the transconductance of the gm-C oscillator and the transconductance of the gm-C filter depending on the decision results.
