PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus by which a clear subtraction image can easily be acquired. SOLUTION: First, a real-time photographing is performed to acquire real time detection data L. Then, a still photographing for diagnosis is performed to acquire still detection data S. In the still photographing, the irradiation with X ray is started by a timing which is earlier by an estimated irradiation period of time obtained by the real time photographing from a predicted period of time obtained by the real time photographing.
