Disclosed is a three-dimensional structure formed on a substrate. The three-dimensional structure contains a plurality of porphyrins, first metal ions, and specific organic molecules. The porphyrins contain at least two functional groups. The first metal ions are metal ions which bond the different porphyrin functional groups. The specific organic molecules are organic molecules which form a coordinate bond with the metal ions contained in the two-dimensional structure, and only contain one part which coordinates with the metal ion.
