The present invention refers to an active-base cosmetic composition which comprises: a) Colophony, 1% to 2%, b) Allantoin, 2% to 3%, c) Ethylic alcohol 38% to 48%, d) Myristica fragrans 0.5% to 1%, e) Mentha piperita 0.5% to 1%, f) Deionised water 30% to 32% and g) coal tar 2% to 4%. Said composition will be used as base for the industrial application thereof in soaps, shampoos, creams, gels, ointments for skin application.
