PURPOSE: A jet burner system and a jet burner are provided to reduce the consumption of fuel by instantly spraying fuel in an injector, not continuously. CONSTITUTION: A jet burner system(100) comprises a jet burner(110), a compressor unit(120), and a fuel supply unit(130). The jet burner burns fuel and sprays the fuel in the shape of high pressure flame. The compressor unit supplies compressed air to the jet burner. The fuel supply unit supplies the fuel to the jet burner. The jet burner generates a mixed fuel by mixing the air and the fuel provided from the compressor unit and the fuel supply unit. The mixed fuel is sprayed in the form of high pressure flame by the compressed air provided from the compressor unit.
