URETHANE RESIN HAVING (METH)ACRYLOYL GROUP, ADHESIVE INCLUDING URETHANE RESIN AND CURABLE WITH ACTIVE ENERGY RAY, AND BACK PROTECTIVE SHEET FOR SOLAR CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive curable with active energy rays and capable of producing a back protective sheet for solar cells with high productivity at low cost.

SOLUTION: The adhesive curable with active energy rays includes a urethane resin (D) having a (meth)acryloyl group and an epoxy resin (E). The urethane resin (D) is obtained by reacting a diol ingredient (A1) having no (meth)acryloyl group, a diol ingredient (A2) which is an optional ingredient and has neither a (meth)acryloyl group nor a carbonate structure nor an alicyclic structure, a polyol ingredient (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxy groups in the molecule, and a polyisocyanate ingredient (C). The diol ingredient (A1) is prepared by combining a diol (a1) having a carbonate structure and an alicyclic structure in the molecule with at least one of a diol (a2) having a carbonate structure but having no alicyclic structure and a diol (a3) having an alicyclic structure but having no carbonate structure.
