<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rejuvenation performance of physiological function in a physiological function rejuvenation device. <P>SOLUTION: This physiological function rejuvenation device includes an air-conditioning control section (50) executing a temperature variation operation for alternately executing high-temperature holding behavior to hold a target temperature of an air conditioning section (20) at a high temperature-side target temperature for a prescribed time, and low-temperature holding behavior to hold the target temperature of the air conditioning section (20) at a low temperature-side target temperature for a prescribed temperature at least one by one.
