<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional sensor that senses one of more parameters of a fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The torsional sensor (16) includes a torsional portion (20) coupled to a reference portion (18) and including a plurality of projections extending outward and spaced apart from each other.
