PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system which can treat vertigo of any genesis. SOLUTION: There are disclosed a combined use of cinnarizine, being an antihistaminic agent as well as a vasodilating agent, and dimenhydrinate, being an antihistaminic agent usable as an antiemetic agent as well as for travel sickness, or physiologically permissible salts thereof, for treating vertigo of all patterns, especially of a pattern developing very frequently and not clearly diagnosable, without performing erroneous curative trials.
