PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting driver circuit in which a voltage can be reduced even by undershoot of a lower voltage without using a free wheel diode. SOLUTION: A drain of a P-channel MOSFET 22 is connected to the ground, and sources of an N-channel MOSFET 21 and the P-channel MOSFET 22 are connected to signal lines 3H, 3L, respectively. When a signal output section outputs a high-level signal, a first data voltage-setting section 41 sets a voltage signal such that a potential difference between gates 21G, 22G is (2, R1, Iref). When the signal output section outputs a low-level signal, a second data voltage-setting section 42 sets a voltage signal such that a potential difference between the gates 21G, 22G is zero.
