PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail puller with which a projecting nail can be drawn out with a large drawing force regardless of a condition of a projecting part of the nail. SOLUTION: The nail puller 1 comprises a gripping part 2, a pivot section 3, and a pair of holding parts 4. A fulcrum section 4e, which is contactable to a reference surface F and acts as a fulcrum for drawing out the nail in a state that the nail shaft is held and the tool 1 is entirely tilted, is provided at a position which is at least in the vicinity of one side of the holding part 4, and is contactable to the reference surface F before holding a screw nail 55 at a position opposite to the axis of the screw nail 55, or nearly contactable to the reference surface F in a state of holding the nail 55.
