PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for recording a failure that has occurred in some environment and reproduce it in the other environment if a failure occurs in a general Web system, in order to solve the problem of difficulty in reproducing a phenomenon of failure in own company's environment when the data of customer environment is hard to be acquired or when data changes abruptly. SOLUTION: Database, screen, and input/output information from an external system are recorded and generated in a file. An execution state of a program at the time of occurrence of failure is reproduced by reproducing the input/output information out of the file even under an environment where there exists neither database nor external system.
