PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic inserting and withdrawing device for a connector that performs RF characteristics of the RF connector by automatically inserting and withdrawing a terminator without manually mounting the terminator on the RF connector beforehand in a product under test having a plurality of RF connectors. SOLUTION: The automatic inserting and withdrawing device for the connector includes: an image processing apparatus that measures a position of the terminal of the terminal and the RF connector; a holding part that takes out and holds the terminator from a holder; a robot hand having a driving part that makes the holding part move a measuring hand in a three-dimensional direction that allows a measuring cable to be moved in three-dimensional direction; and a control device that controls holding operation or releasing operation, and moving operation of the robot hand and the measuring hand.
