PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control distribution of information by which information provider's privacy may be infringed. SOLUTION: A distribution control procedure acquires a photographed image I2 photographed by a camera C mounted on a mobile object M. The distribution control procedure determines whether distribution of the photographed image I2 to third persons is to be controlled. Here, a house of a driver of the mobile object M is included in the photographed image I2. In this case, the distribution control procedure determines that the distribution of the photographed image I2 to third persons is to be controlled. Then, when determining that the distribution of the photographed image I2 should be controlled, the distribution control procedure does not transmit the photographed image I2 from a distribution controlling apparatus 101 to a server 102. Consequently, the distribution of the photographed image, in which a place having possibility of infringing information provider's privacy is included, to third persons is controlled to protect the information provider's privacy.
