PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for measuring one and the same analog signal a plurality of times. SOLUTION: A sampling circuit 200 constituting an A/D converter 10 samples an analog signal 2 inputted to an input terminal 100 at a plurality of timing which are different from each other within a predetermined period. A conversion circuit 300 converts sampling values (3_1 to 3_5) in the respective timing into digital signals (5_1 to 5_5). A signal processing circuit 20 in a signal processor 1 to which the A/D converter 10 is mounted (or averaging circuit provided in the A/D converter 10) averages the plurality of digital signals (5_1 to 5_5) outputted from the conversion circuit 300.
