PURPOSE: A floater packing material of filthiness preventing device and a filthiness preventing device are provided to improve the quality of the material and the structure of the packing material, which wraps the outside of the floater, to improve the problem according to tarpaulin. CONSTITUTION: A double weave packing material(4) for filthiness preventing device(P) floater(3) packing is double woven with polyester yarn leaving regular interval so each (a) part of the cross direction and (b) part of the lengthwise have regular width(f). The (c) part, which is formed between (a) part and (b) part, is composed of the fabric, which is woven to have double layer structure, and the fabric, which is woven to form equal length of the width of (a) part of the cross direction and (b) part of the lengthwise.
