PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary disk type road surface marking plate to be used attached to a vehicle type road surface drawing device for drawing a pattern on a surface of a road, which can provide an easy-to-see drawn pattern and is improved in a fixing property. SOLUTION: A marking plate body 66 is produced by stirring and kneading 30 wt.% of a main agent for LED sealing resin, 20 wt.% of a hardener therefor and 50 wt.% of powdery titanium oxide, and then injecting the resulting kneaded product into a mold followed by curing. The kneaded product is cured for 90 minutes in a high-temperature furnace of 120°C to secure sufficient strength. Defoaming is performed after stirring and kneading to prevent the resulting product from including bubbles. The kneaded product is stirred prior to injection to the mold to prevent precipitation of the powdery titanium oxide having large specific gravity. After curing, the product is taken out after cooling together with the mold to prevent cracking of the product when taken out. The mold is set to a non-sealed state to prevent cracking of the product during cooling and coagulation. One end surface of the disk of the marking plate to be produced is opened upwardly to the atmosphere to homogeneously cool and coagulate the product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
