<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus for suppressing image fogging and image density irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing device 2 having a developing tank 111 for storing a developer, a first conveying member 112 for conveying the developer, and a developing roller 114 for carrying the developer, the first conveying member 112 is constituted of a first rotating shaft 112b, an inner spiral blade 112aa arranged to spirally surround the outer periphery of the first rotating shaft 112b, and an outer blade 112ab arranged on the outer periphery part of the inner spiral blade 112aa. At least any one of a hole, a notch, and a gap is arranged in the outer blade 112ab. A lead angle of the inner periphery part of the outer blade 112ab is larger than 0° and smaller than 90°, and is smaller than the lead angle of the outer periphery part of the inner spiral blade 112aa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
