<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for a wedge anchor clamp which prevents the deformation or breakage of a shaft member due to a tensile force that results when a transmission cable clamped by a wedge anchor clamp is tensioned with a cable-tensioning tool. <P>SOLUTION: The coupling device 1 for a wedge anchor clamp used to couple a cable-tensioning tool to a wedge anchor clamp 50 includes a coupling piece 2 disposed between a pair of strip-shaped clamp bars 53 horizontally opposite to each other. A first shaft member 3 is put through the coupling piece 2 at a first position B on the lower side of an end of the coupling piece 2 that is closer to a clamp 52, and a second shaft member 4 is put through the coupling piece 2 at a second position C located diagonally over the first position B on an end of the coupling piece 2 that is closer to the cable-tensioning tool. These shaft members support the coupling piece 2.
