<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a thin metal film in which as a decorative layer, a clear level difference is not formed between a pattern part and a pattern background part and to provide a method for manufacturing such a decorative sheet by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has the decorative layer 2 which can be fixed to a decorated object on the surface of a base sheet 1.
