PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device capable of obtaining a laser beam of a high output. SOLUTION: The laser light source device includes a pair of light emitting parts 11, 12 each having an active layer for emitting light, and a reflecting layer formed at the opposite side to the light emitting surface of the active layer, and emitting the laser beam, and an optical axis changing element 20A bending the optical axis of the laser beam emitted from each of the pair of light emitting parts 11, 12. The optical axis changing element 20A includes a first surface 231A reflecting the laser beam emitted from one light emitting part 11 out of the pair of light emitting parts 11, 12, and a second surface 232A reflecting the laser beam emitted from the other light emitting part 12 out of the pair of light emitting parts 11, 12. The laser beam reflected by the first surface 231A is emitted toward the other light emitting part 12 via the second surface 232A, and the laser beam reflected by the second surface 232A is emitted toward the one light emitting part 11 via the first surface 231A.
