PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful peptide product. SOLUTION: There are provided a crystal salt of a peptide Gly-Gly-Val-Leu-Val-Gln-Pro-Gly (sequence number 1) wherein the crystal salt of the peptide is selected from hydrochloride and acetate; the crystal salt of the peptide is acetate; the crystal salt contains the acetate at concentration of lower than 50 mol%/mol of the peptide; the crystal salt of the peptide is hydrochloride; the crystal salt is the peptide hydrochloride having purity of at least 98.5% by HPLC; and the hydrochloride is an isolated hydrochloride of the peptide Gly-Gly-Val-Leu-Val-Gln-Pro-Gly (sequence number 1) having purity of at least 98.5% by HPLC.
