PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately present events which are intermittently generated. SOLUTION: A detection part 302 detects the generation of the event. Whenever the generation of the event is detected by the detection part 302, an addition part 303 stores a content of an event which is generated immediately before the generated event, and an elapsed time until the event is generated after the event immediately before the event is generated in order in a storage part 301 by making them associated with each other. An extraction part 304 extracts the content and the elapsed time of the event stored at the head from the storage part 301. A calculation part 305 calculates a presentation time so that an average value of the presentation time matches an average value of the elapsed time. A presentation part 306 presents the content of the extracted event in the calculated presentation time. The presentation of the content of the event is completed, a control part 307 performs control so that the extraction part 304 extracts the content and the elapsed time of the next event.
