The arrangement has a knuckle designed as a collet package (4) within a rotation symmetrical recess of a housing portion (23). An adjusting spigot (5) with alignable adjusting axles (51) is provided within the collet package. Collets (41, 42) comprise apertures with symmetrical axes of outer surfaces of the collets. Aperture symmetrical axes and contour symmetrical axes intersect under defined tilting angle to produce tumbling motion of the adjusting spigot in relation to the housing portion, during progressive rotation of the collets within the recess around the adjusting axles.
