PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for a reinforcement plate of a flexible printed circuit board is provided to have excellent adhesive force with a reinforcement plate while maintain long-term storage stability in a quick press condition. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for a reinforcement plate of a flexible printed circuit board is obtained by mixing a silane-modified polyurethane urea resin(A) and an epoxy compound(B). The ane-modified polyurethane urea resin(A) is obtained by the reaction of a urethane polymer having an isocyanate terminal and an amine compound having a silane group. An acid value is 3-30 mg KOH/g and Si content is 500-12,000 ppm. The urethane polymer having an isocyanate terminal is obtained by reacting polyester polyol, carboxylic acid diol, and diisocyanate polyol.
