A video image motion change detection median 'pre-filter' enhancement for digital TV or HDTV data compression rejects unordered, erroneous and noisy image motion binaries (vectors), not sourced in the original scene objective or analogue. These are prevented from falsely entering the compressed digital signal format data stream of the codec channel system to wrongly result in forward frame Aar. Pixel errors could be in single or multiple units, which may in contrary produce erratic and maybe segmented frame temporal image jumping in the destination picture display quality after the decoder. The input coded clocked bi-stable memory produces an allowable time domain period for true forward vector code classification 1 or 2 binary tensor 'fallback' vector operations in starting with Boolean motion classification 2 binaries and ending with classification 3 binaries that correctly relate to temporal object body transversals in the scan line ordered way. This motion median 'pre-filter' adds distinctly the further noise reduction tensor processing stage to previous specifications. |
