PURPOSE: A cooling device having connecting pipe without seam, capable of repair convenience is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying manufacturing processes and to improve efficiency of work. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device having connecting pipe without seam, capable of repair convenience comprises a connecting pipe(13) and a cooling water tank(10). The connection pipe is comprised of heat exchanger pipes which are zigzag arranged in the cooling water tank with seam. A flange connects the heat exchanger pipe and a flange groove. The heat exchanger pipe is exposed to one side of the cooling water tank.
