PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a crash pad for an automobile is provided to secure dimensional stability by utilizing embossment and having less deformation and to improve sensible quality by urethane foam. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a crash pad(10) for an automobile comprises the steps of: forming a core layer arranged on the front inside of a driver's seat and the seat next to the driver and a surface layer formed to cover the outside of the core layer; inserting the core layer to an upper mold and inserting the surface layer to a lower mold; injecting a foaming material for absorbing shock between the core layer and the surface layer; closing the upper and lower molds and expanding the foaming material; and opening the upper and lower molds and stripping off a product.
